Palm Projects is a business servicing the renovation and painting requirements of both the domestic and commercial sectors of Cape Town. Based in the southern suburb of Pinelands, we offer a full range of services for both sectors of the market including project management.

Our staff and sub-contractors are competent and skilled in the areas of work in which they specialize and we pride ourselves in maintaining a good working relationship with them and our clients alike. Understanding the invasion that happens to a persons space and privacy when work is undertaken, we try to minimize the effect and to this end we have gained a reputation among our clients for the friendly and helpful way in which our staff conduct themselves as well as regular feedback about how comfortable the client feels about having us work in their home or business.

The business was started in 2004 by Joe Hareb who at that time had over 20 years experience working in the visual side of operations for a large fashion retailer.

With the experience gained in the industry, the knowledge of the importance of deadlines, trading while renovating, coordinating builders, painters, plumbers, electricians, etc. Joe decided to use the skills he had learnt and apply them to a broader market and started Palm Projects. 6 years on and the business has grown on only word of mouth referrals which Joe believes is the only way to grow the business, ‘a satisfied customer who is willing to tell others about us’.
